Professional Career Path: My professional audio career started with my first job as an assistant engineer working with my mentor Bob St John at 20 years old. While working for PDQ Slam Productions, we recorded some of the following: Extreme, Baby Animals, Dweezil Zappa, Dan Reed Network, and many more. With PDQ I worked in recording studios in Massachusetts, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, London, Connecticut, and probably a few places that I forgot too. I then moved to New York City to take a job as an assistant engineer at the legendary Hit Factory Recording Studios. I rose up the ranks and was engineering 9-10 months after landing in NYC. While at The Hit Factory I worked with just about every major POP Artist of our time. Some highlights were David Bowie, Prince, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Maria Carey, Luther Vandross, Blackstreet, Guy, Biggie Smalls, Puffy, RZA, The Wu-Tang Clan, The Pet Shop Boys, Nelly, Justin Timberlake, NYSC, Britney Spears, TLC, LL Cool Jay, Run DMC, Placido Domingo, Spiritualized, The Moody Blues, Dr. John, Total, 112, Jodeci, Missy Elliot, Bette Midler, Sarah Brightman, Robin Trower, Helmet, Nuno Bettencourt, Elvis Costello, Burt Bacharach, Carol King, The Working Title, Murphy Lee, The Saint Lunatics, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Fatal, Suzy Demarchi, Usher, Queen Latifa, Ru Paul, Chingy, Florida to Georgia Line, Tim McGraw, Stevie Wonder, JJ Grey, and Mofro, Spookie Daly Pride, Good Charlotte, Ashanti, Hillary Duff, Chris Brown, Christina Aguilera, David Banner, Boston, The GetUp Kids, Lucia Moniz, Ronny Jordan, Limp Bizkit, DMX, Def Squad, Onyx, Acoustic Junction, Shelby Lyn, Blondie, Camron, AZ, John Mellencamp, Wyclef Jean, Robin S, Billy Lawerence, Shades, LSG, Mike Peters, En Vogue, Biz Markie, Keith Sweat, Danny Devito, Ray J, Monifah, Silk, Space Jam (Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck), Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and the list goes on. I have around 39 Gold (500,000), Platinum (1,000,000), and MultiPlatinum (over 1,000,000) plaques, 2 Diamond Awards (Sales of 10,000,000 or more) and around 70 Million records with my name on them. I have been nominated for Grammy Awards as well as an Aria Award (Australia's equivalence for a Grammy Award).

Advice to Students: Work really hard. Learn everything you can from your instructors and your fellow students. Step outside your major and meet all the students in the other majors and schools here at Webster. Create a network for yourself that will last your lifetime.

Favorite Thing about Webster: The Webster Community: the students, faculty, and staff.

Fun Fact: Everything about me is fun. If your not enjoying yourself, why do it!?

Interests and Hobbies: I am the proud father of 3 daughters whose ages range from 20 to 22 years old. I like to play golf when I can, which usually isn't too often. I enjoy riding a motorcycle to clear my head and get lost for a few hours, especially when I am hiding from my phone. I also enjoy discovering new music. There is nothing more rewarding than going to a venue and listening to a new band that completely floors you, and then getting them into the studio.
