If you make a reservation and want to pick it up right away CALL US and let us know so we can start getting your checkout ready!

RESERVATIONS GOOD FOR ONE HOUR

When you reserve equipment be sure you enter a pick-up time that you can meet. If you do not show up within ONE HOUR after the pick up time you enter, your reservation will be CANCELLED and your equipment will no longer be available that day!

Media Services strives to provide the most professional media related services possible for the campus community and students we serve to order accomplish the educational objectives of Webster University.

The Media Center provides equipment and labs for students in the School of Communications that they can use to create, learn, and grow.

The Patron Portal allows any of our customers to reserve equipment or labs/studios ONLINE…this includes all WEBG faculty, staff and students who can access our University Loan equipment that is available to anyone on the WEBG campus

Planning a shoot for the summer?

During the summer when you are not taking a class – and between semesters after one class ends and before another class begins – WebCheckout considers you “INACTIVE” because you are not ina class that is actively taking place.

If you wish to use equipment from the Media Center during those times you must fill out an “Out of Semester Equipment Request” for approval by FTVP faculty. You can find it HERE or use the link on the Webcheckout Sign-In page in Connections
